Job summary

Standard Process Inc. seeks a production operator to support daily manufacturing operations in Palmyra, WI. You will follow GMP and safety regulations, assist supervisors in prioritizing production, and troubleshoot equipment with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Adhere to GMP and safety rules and maintain quality standards.
• Ability to prioritize tasks to meet production goals.
• Provide operator coaching and support to maintain performance.
• Troubleshoot product/machine/process issues with guidance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety regulations and GMP are followed.
• Provide support and direction to operators to meet safety, quality, and performance targets.
• Ensure paperwork and related processes are completed accurately and on time.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement activities and problem solving.
• Troubleshoot product and machine related issues.
• Assist supervisor with department goals and employee development.
• Assist in prioritizing production and training for operators.
• Ensure regulatory and quality standards are met through training.
• Support administration of progressive discipline and performance feedback.
• Collaborate with other departments to share ideas and solve problems.
• Demonstrate teamwork across shifts and departments.

Essential Functions

• Ensure that all safety regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices are being followed

• Provide support and direction to operators to ensure that processes are operating at target safety, quality, and performance targets

• Provide support and direction to operators to ensure paperwork and all related processes are completed accurately and in a timely manner

• Participate in Continuous Improvement activities, helping to drive problem solving

• Troubleshoot product and machine related issues

• Assist supervisor in developing and implementing departmental goals

• Assist supervisor in employee development activities

• Assist supervisor in prioritizing production

• Assist the supervisor in developing and implementing the required training for the operators to ensure all regulatory and quality standards are met

• Assist supervisor with the administration of progressive discipline

• Provide operator performance feedback to Supervisor to assist with performance evaluations

• Communicate with other departments and work with them to share good ideas as well as solve problems

• Role model teamwork between shifts and departments

Qualifications

Specialized Knowledge and Skills:

• Communicate in an effective and professional manner, even when under pressure
• Successfully prioritize tasks in order to meet expected completion times
• Coach and motivate following the SP CARE model
• Trouble shooting product/machine/process related issues
