Job summary

Standard Process Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator to set up, operate, and clean raw material processing equipment on the 3rd shift in Palmyra, WI. The role follows GMP/SOP and requires attention to quality, documentation, and safety.

You will monitor equipment, perform changeovers, and troubleshoot issues while maintaining a clean and efficient work area. Starting pay is $23.08 with a $2 shift premium, totaling $25.08 per hour. Benefits include health care and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Knowledge of basic mechanical aptitude and basic math skills.
• Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment and follow GMP/SOP.
• Forklift certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and clean raw material processing equipment.
• Operate main processing and extraction equipment following GMPs and SOPs.
• Monitor quality through QC checks and document readings.
• Perform machine changeovers and sanitations; maintain clean work area.

Job Summary

Under the direction of the Production Manager, the Machine Operator will be responsible for performing the set-up, operation, and cleaning of raw material processing equipment. This position will operate all main processing and extraction equipment according to established Quality standards.

Shift

3rd Shift: 9:00 pm - 7:30 am, Monday-Thursday, or as job responsibilities require.

Pay

Starting pay: $23.08 + $2.00 Shift Premium

Functions

• Operate all Main Processing and extraction equipment as outlined in the Master Manufacturing Record (MMR) following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)
• Monitor quality of product by performing all relevant quality control checks
• Maintain and record all required documentation (instrument readings, gauge checks, etc.)
• Monitor machine operations and implement corrective action as needed
• Troubleshoot machine and product related issues; communicate these issues to supervisor/lead
• Perform machine changeovers and sanitations while also maintaining a clean work area
• Verify critical equipment per the calibration program as required
• Perform job duties in a manner that meets company Quality and Safety standards

Qualifications

• Forklift certification preferred
