Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3-5 years of related manufacturing experience preferred.
• Forklift certification required; forklift experience preferred.
• Proficiency in using manufacturing software and Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret work orders accurately.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to motivate and guide team members.

As a Production Lead, you will be an integral part of the Production Leadership Team, supporting the manufacturing operations.
