Fabcon Concrete Solutions in Mahanoy City, PA is hiring a Production Laborer to support the fabrication of high-quality precast concrete products. The role involves setting up production beds, reading blueprints, and ensuring every unit meets specifications.

You will operate forklifts and other equipment, perform finishing work, and help maintain a safe, clean worksite with overtime as needed. The job offers benefits and stable full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in all weather conditions with exposure to dust, noise, and uneven surfaces.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, standing/walking for long periods, and climbing stairs.
• Able to read blueprints and follow layouts for precast bed setups.
• Willing to work overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Set up precast concrete production beds using drawings, layouts, reveals, and steel plates.
• Read and interpret blueprints to install blockouts and ensure products meet specifications.
• Monitor concrete placement and casting operations to maintain quality standards.
• Operate heavy equipment including forklifts, skid steers, and other production machinery.
• Assist with equipment setup for casting, finishing, and production processes.
• Perform finishing work such as grinding, cleaning, and surface preparation of concrete products.
• Safely rig, move, and secure finished products using clamps and lifting equipment.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while supporting daily production goals.
