Job summary

Ameritex-Pipe- is seeking a General Production Laborer in Conroe, TX to support daily manufacturing activities. This on-site role requires following safety rules, using tools, and adhering to the production plan.

The position emphasizes physical labor, PPE adherence, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or GED is desirable but not required, with prior construction/manufacturing experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Adhere to safety guidelines and PPE rules.
• Experience in construction/manufacturing is preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform essential duties with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Follows safety guidelines and procedures for this role.
• Wears PPE and follows PPE guidelines.
• Does not operate equipment unless trained to operate it.
• Follows daily production plan and batch plan.
• Uses heavy power manual tools, including a jack hammer.
• Reports equipment failure or malfunction to maintenance team.
• Assists with building molds for future needs in the box department.
• Assists with concrete finishing duties such as repairing patches on pipes/boxes.
• Performs other duties assigned by department lead or management.
