Production Laborer: Mold & Concrete Support Specialist

Job summary

AmeriTex Pipe & Products is seeking a general labor team member to support daily manufacturing activities at our Conroe, TX facility. You will follow safety rules, wear PPE, and contribute to the production plan.

No prior formal experience required, though construction/manufacturing exposure is a plus. This role runs 5AM–5:30PM, Monday through Saturday, with opportunity for growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED desirable but not required.
• Experience in construction or manufacturing desired but not required.
• Must be able to follow health & safety rules and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety guidelines and procedures for this role.
• Always wear PPE and follow PPE guidelines.
• Do not operate equipment unless trained to operate.
• Follow the daily production plan according to the plan.
• Use heavy power manual tools, including a jack hammer.
• Communicate equipment failure or malfunction to maintenance immediately.
• Assist with building molds for future needs of box department.
• Assist with concrete finishing duties such as repairing/patching concrete pipes and boxes.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Department Lead, Supervisor, Manager, or Management Team.
