Job summary

Ameritex-Pipe- in Gunter, TX is seeking a General Production worker for full-time manual labor on-site. The role requires following safety rules and using PPE, with duties spanning production planning, heavy tools use, and concrete finishing when needed.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and experience in construction or manufacturing. The schedule is Monday–Friday with some Saturdays, 5:00 AM to 5:30 PM, in a dynamic team setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction or manufacturing desired.

Responsibilities

• Follows safety guidelines and procedures for this role.
• Always wears the proper PPE and follows PPE Guidelines.
• Operates only trained equipment and tools.
• Follows the production/batch plan according to the daily production plan.
• Uses heavy power manual tools, including a jack hammer.
• Sets and moves steel rings as instructed.
• Communicates equipment failure or malfunction to maintenance.
• Follows the manufacturing process for pipes or boxes.
• Assists with concrete finishing duties as needed.
• Performs other duties assigned by leads or management.
