Ultimate Staffing in Haverhill, MA is partnering with a leading packaging manufacturer to hire a Production Operator for their growing team. This role is a stable first-shift opportunity with no advanced machine setup required and training provided.

The position offers a contract-to-hire path, with daytime hours Monday–Friday (6:00 AM–3:30 PM) and a competitive pay rate of $20-$22 per hour. This is a hands-on role focused on quality and teamwork within a reliable company.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Comfortable with production equipment and learning new processes.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow written instructions and production specifications.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment according to established procedures.
• Set up machinery for production runs.
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform routine quality inspections throughout production.
• Follow work orders, production schedules, and operating procedures.
• Complete production and quality-related documentation accurately.
• Assist with product changeovers and material handling as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work closely with production and quality teams to achieve daily goals.
