Job summary

SPX Technologies, within the Rotational Molding team, produces high-quality rotational-molded products for shop-floor applications. The role supports manufacturing, assembly, and supply with emphasis on quality and safety.

The candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, operate rotomolding equipment, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining a clean and safe workspace.

Qualifications

• Experience operating rotomolding machinery and tooling.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools used in molding processes.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and maintain a safe work area.
• Mold plastic parts using rotomolding machine and apply graphics.
• Perform in-process and final quality inspections.
• Package finished goods for shipment and assist with equipment maintenance.
• Support continuous improvement and communicate ideas to supervisor.
• Adhere to OH&S regulations and company policies.
• Operate with professional communication and teamwork.

Job Summary

To support the Rotational Molding team and contribute to the efficient operation in the manufacturing, assembly and supply of rotational-molded products to the highest quality, while achieving the corporate goals of the company.

Duties:

• Follow safe work practices and procedures, and ensure a “safety first” culture in every task undertaken
• Molding of plastic parts through use of rototational-molding machine
• Concrete and foaming of roto-molded parts
• Applying graphics to roto-molded parts
• Perform in-process and final quality inspections
• Package finished goods ready for shipment
• Assist with routine maintenance of equipment
• Maintain clean, tidy and safe work place
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by communicating improvement to supervisor
• Adhere to company policies and OH&S regulations
• Ensure the security and confidentiality of company information
• Cooperate with other staff, supervisors and managers
• Perform any other duties as directed by Roto Mold Team Lead or Supervisor
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Ability to communicate in a professional manner
• Knowledge of general use of hand and power tools
• Valid driver’s license
