Job description

Job Title & Pay

Production Laborer I – Starting Pay $21.00 per hour with a $1,500.00 sign‑on bonus. 40+ hours a week.

Responsibilities

• Follow safe work practices and procedures and ensure a "safety first" culture in every task undertaken
• Molding of plastic parts through the use of a rotational molding machine
• Concrete and foaming of roto‑molded parts
• Applying graphics to roto‑molded parts
• Perform in‑process and final quality inspections
• Package finished goods ready for shipment
• Assist with routine maintenance of equipment
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe workplace
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by communicating improvement to the supervisor
• Adhere to company policies and OH&S regulations
• Ensure the security and confidentiality of company information
• Cooperate with other staff, supervisors and managers
• Perform any other duties as directed by Roto Mold Team Lead or Supervisor

Minimum Position Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Forklift license
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to communicate in a professional manner
• Knowledge of general use of hand and power tools
• Valid driver's license
