Qualifikationen

• Able to perform heavy lifting and assist machine operators
• Capable of using hand and power tools safely in a production setting
• Comfortable reading tape measures and following directions in a fast-paced environment

Aufgaben

• Perform construction labor tasks related to precast concrete production and installation.
• Handle concrete duties: preparing, pouring, finishing.
• Carry out general labor: material handling, site cleanup, and basic maintenance.
• Perform heavy lifting of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Assist machine operators to ensure efficient, safe operations.
• Operate or help operate machinery under guidance and training.
• Use hand and power tools safely for carpentry, concrete, and general tasks.
• Read and use tape measures for precise measurements.
• Support carpentry tasks: building, assembling, installing forms/structures.
• Assist with landscaping duties and site preparation.
• Perform cleaning, sanding, and paint prep in production environments.
• Support forklift-related activities when trained.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety procedures.
• Collaborate with team to meet production and quality goals.
