A leading company in the ice industry seeks a dedicated individual for a physical role involving stacking ice bags. The position requires adherence to safety standards and basic math skills, with responsibilities including monitoring product quality and maintaining cleanliness in the work area. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and the ability to lift heavy loads throughout a 12-hour shift.
This role accelerates business value by having the responsibility of this position to bag and/or stack ice on pallets.

OPERATING RESPONSIBILITIES:
Exercise some decision-making ability. Occasionally shut down the line when defects are noted or safety violations observed. Work in a safe and responsible manner to protect personnel and property.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma or GED required, with basic math skills and the ability to complete simple paperwork.
WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to lift and stack up to 45lbs throughout a 12-hour shift. Ability to work in a room with temperatures of 45–60 degrees. Regularly required to sit, talk, or hear; frequently required to use hands to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms; occasionally required to stand and walk. Vision abilities needed include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
