Job summary

IPS Corporation in Durham, NC seeks a dedicated warehouse associate to support labeling, packing and cartridge handling. You will process orders, label inventory, print labels, and prepare products for shipping in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include operating filling machines, maintaining a clean work area, following safety rules, and assisting with inventory control. Prior warehouse experience is preferred; strong attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to follow standard work instructions and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Process orders for labeling.
• Label un-labeled inventory based on customer orders.
• Print labels that are required for daily work.
• Pack products based on customer orders.
• Assist in the management of un-labeled cartridge inventory.
• Set up, operate, and clean up filling machines.
• Checks cartridges for proper fill level/piston depth with micrometer.
• Insert pistons in filled cartridges using manual or semi-automatic piston insertion tools.
• Replenish cartridges and packaging components (cartridges, pistons, labels, boxes).
• Perform basic preventative maintenance tasks on equipment.
• Perform general cleaning and organizing of the warehouse as necessary
• Any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by management
