Job summary

Matrix Adhesives Group in Durham, NC seeks a Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will process orders for labeling, label inventory, print and pack products, and help manage cartridge inventories.

The role requires operating filling machines, performing routine maintenance, and upholding safety policies in a fast-paced environment. 50–80% standing, occasional overtime including Saturdays may occur.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; manufacturing experience helpful.
• Ability to read simple instructions and follow set procedures.
• Capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Process orders for labeling and label inventory for customer orders.
• Print labels and pack products according to orders.
• Set up, operate and clean filling machines; perform light maintenance.
• Inspect filled containers for correct packaging per specs.
• Maintain clean, safe workspace and follow site safety rules.
• Assist with inventory of cartridges, labels, and packaging components.
