Job summary

National Vision is seeking production lab technicians and inventory technicians to join our optical manufacturing facility in Plano. Entry level and experienced candidates are welcome as new shift opportunities open, offering a starting pay of $17.05 per hour with a 10% shift differential and bi-weekly bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities include processing orders in the production lab, RF scanning, sorting job orders, and stocking duties.

Qualifications

• No specific education required.
• No specific experience required for entry level but prior order picking, inventory, warehouse or mass production experience is preferred.
• Prior related or optical experience is desirable.
• Must be able to read and write English.

Responsibilities

• Our associates handle a variety of duties across departments and the lab to support production.
• Observe data on job orders, sort and organize orders, RF scanning, and other department tasks.
• Inventory tech duties include printing orders, preparing frames/lenses, de-boxing from manufacturers, and stocking.
