National Vision's Plano, TX optical manufactural facility is growing and expanding. We're seeking an experienced Lead lab technician to join our team. Prior relevant experience is necessary.

Duties include processing orders, guiding a team, training associates, operating machinery, and monitoring production to meet goals. We offer base pay plus a 10% shift differential and bi-weekly bonus opportunities, along with generous PTO and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• No specific education required.
• Minimum of 1 year of direct or related experience.
• Prior optical background with mass production experience.
• Must be able to read and write English.
