Job summary

Moog in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Production Kitter for onsite 1st shift in Highland Heights, OH. You will organize and stock components, prepare kits, and deliver materials to production floors to keep manufacturing flowing.

This role supports inventory accuracy through cycle counting, Kan‑ban item flow, and collaboration with Shipping, Receiving, and Fiber Optic Technicians. A high school diploma and basic math and English literacy are required.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • Ability to understand verbal, written and computer work instructions in English.
  • Ability to perform simple arithmetic.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and stock components on inventory shelves, recording the product locations in the ERP system.
  • Prepare production kits with components and supplies, ensuring all part number and quantities match job requirements and all relevant Pos and Lot Numbers are recorded whenever necessary.
  • Deliver production and assembly kits to the appropriate production floor and ensure technicians have all the necessary materials to complete jobs.
  • Support the process of cycle counting inventory and maintain inventory accuracy through proper recording and tracking of transactions.
  • Monitor and maintain non‑inventory items through a Kan‑ban system, and request reorders when necessary.
  • Support Shipping, Receiving and Inventory Coordinators with packaging and labeling of finished goods as required.
  • Support Fiber Optic Technicians as required to maintain the flow of kits on the production floors.

Salary Range

Cleveland, OH $16.74–$19.88 Hourly Salary Range.

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
