Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in food/sefood processing or related field.
• Stamina to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Basic math to weigh/measure seafood.
• Attention to detail and compliance with safety guidelines.
• Strong hygiene practices and knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet quotas.
• Effective teamwork and communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead in essential production functions on two or more lines.
• May train new hires on on-line processes.
• Clean, sort, and prepare seafood for processing following safety guidelines.
• Remove shells, scales, bones and other parts using specialized tools.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and storage spaces.
• Follow storage procedures to prevent contamination and preserve freshness.
• Collaborate with team to achieve production goals in a fast-paced setting.
• Report equipment issues, quality concerns, or safety risks to supervisor.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and industry standards.
