Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years IT experience in manufacturing or enterprise environments.
• Experience supporting SAP, MES, and manufacturing systems.
• Experience using ticketing systems and maintaining technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide SAP/MES/SCADA support and troubleshoot production systems.
• Coordinate IT and manufacturing system projects to minimize downtime.
• Support end‑user IT activities and ensure reliable local infrastructure.
• Maintain system configurations, user roles, and workflows with accuracy.
