Job summary

Pride Mobility Products®/Quantum Rehab® seeks a dedicated inventory control specialist to support production schedules and uphold material flow. You will coordinate with multiple departments, monitor lead times, and ensure timely shipments while maintaining accurate inventory records.

The role requires hands-on problem solving, cross-training, and stringent safety adherence in a manufacturing setting. Excellent communication is key.

Qualifications

• At least a high school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in inventory control, scheduling, or material coordination is preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills including Word and Excel.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Create daily production schedules to support on-time delivery and manage inventory constraints.
• Maintain accurate department data to support ship dates and schedules.
• Coordinate with teams to address expedited orders and capacity limits.
• Transfer parts to warehouse for shipment by required dates.
• Act as liaison between Quantum Fabrication and other departments for materials and orders.
• Conduct cycle counts and audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
