Job summary

UFP Industries is hiring a Production Coordinator in Minnesota to compile records and reports for plant production activities. The role focuses on generating production and downtime reports, maintaining inventory, and ensuring accurate logging of production sheets.

Responsibilities include creating production/shipping packets, updating product codes, and adjusting cycle counts and costing as needed. A discretionary bonus may be offered based on performance and company results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 6 months of experience in an office setting.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Prepare production reports on plant activity.
• Maintain inventory of production-related items and supplies.
• Prepare reports regarding production downtime for payroll.
• Request new product codes as required.
• Verify production sheets are properly numbered and logged.
• Prepare cycle count/inventory adjustments as required.
• Create Production / Shipping Packets.
• Revise product costing as required.
• Prepare regular and special reports as required.
• Perform other duties as required.
