Job summary

MSI Express, INC in Geneva, IL invites applications for a Production Intern to gain hands-on experience in manufacturing operations and continuous improvement. The 10-week summer program runs Monday–Friday, about 40 hours per week, with a pay rate of $19.00 per hour and no benefits eligibility.

• Performance Monitoring: Collect and analyze operational data to identify trends, improvement opportunities, and process bottlenecks.
• Standard Work Development: Assist in creating and updating work instructions, process documentation, and visual management tools.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with maintenance, quality, supply chain, and engineering teams to support operational goals.
