Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Profit Control Coordinator to support the Command & Control team by coordinating incident management activities and facilitating clear communication across technical support groups. You will help ensure timely resolution of production issues and coordinate stakeholder updates.

The role emphasizes incident management, operational support, and proper escalation procedures in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on collaboration across multiple technology teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative or coordinator role is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience using Remedy and ITSM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track incidents between Unix Support, Application Support, and other technology teams.
• Serve as a central point of communication during production incidents and operational events.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and provide status updates on ongoing issues.
• Monitor ticket queues and incident workflows using Remedy and ITSM tools.
• Coordinate project activities, action items, and stakeholder alignment across multiple teams.
• Maintain incident documentation and ensure proper escalation procedures are followed.
