Job summary

Mobis Alabama LLC in United States is seeking a Production Support specialist to work with Production management to improve manning, performance, and KPIs. The role focuses on tactical objectives aligned with SQDCM initiatives and maintaining safety and quality.

You will gather data, create countermeasures, maintain documentation, and participate in production improvement teams, with office and production floor exposure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Constantly seek improvements and create a climate where others are encouraged to do the same.
• Generate formal countermeasure documentation and ensure proper implementation across all shifts.
• Ensure work standards are developed and available at all applicable locations.
• Ensure work standards meet current requirements and are adjusted as needed.
• Maintain Production information boards to date with applicable information.
• Gather data and conduct trend analysis, including charts and graphs (Pareto charts, bar graphs, trends, etc.) for posting communication.
• Ensure EO changes are properly implemented.
• Maintain all Controlled Documentation for Production Department.
• Participate as a part of the Production Improvement Teams.
• Collect, track, and implement improvements for Production UPH on all lines.
• Collect, analyze, and report rework issues for all lines.
• Create production analysis reports for UPH, Quality Issues, Major Downtime Issues, Major Rework, and Quality Countermeasures.
• Track and purchase basic supplies and tools needed for Production.
• Provide training on company data.
• Pulling MES System data.
• Other tasks as assigned
