TekniPlex in Clinton, IL is seeking a production associate to join our on-site operations team. You will help assemble, package, and inspect products, while adhering to safety rules and quality specifications to support healthcare and consumer goods lines.

You will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, lift up to 40 lbs, and maintain accurate production records as part of a collaborative, detail-oriented team dedicated to patient safety and product integrity.

Primary Responsibilities and Expectations

• Following all safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced detail orientated manufacturing environment.
• Collect and package products in compliance with customer and quality specifications.
• Inspect product for defects and deviations effectively using measuring devices (ie., gauges, micrometers, etc.).
• Produce labels and make supplies for the production line.
• Ability to produce and maintain complete and accurate production records.

Qualifications/Physical Demands

• Ability to frequently lift 25 lbs. and occasionally lift 40 lbs.
• Ability to stand 8 hours.
