Responsibilities

• Manufacturing floor assistance: move raw materials, handle supplies, load products.

• Machinery & equipment support: assist Machine Operator with setup, material feeding, and routine adjustments.
• Quality control & line support: perform basic quality inspections during assembly to meet specs.
• General utility work: maintain clean and safe workstations, assist forklift drivers and floor leads.

Benefits and Compensation

• Competitive Pay: $19.50 /hr DOE to start! If you are transitioning from another Accounting role, we offer great starting rates for our second-shift hours.

Responsibilities Include

• Manufacturing floor assistance: Support daily plant operations by moving raw materials, handling supplies, and loading products.
• Warehouse and Logistics support: Assist with shipping, receiving, sorting inventory, and maintaining organized warehouse work zones.
• Machinery & Equipment Support: Assist the primary Machine Operator with basic setup, material feeding, and routine adjustments.
• Quality Control & Line Support: Perform basic quality inspection steps during the assembly process to ensure product specifications are met.
• General Utility Work: Maintain clean and safe workstations, assisting forklift drivers and floor leads as needed.

Skills & Qualifications

• Backgrounds Welcome: Prior experience in retail, cashier, or fast food roles translates well into our team-driven atmosphere.
• Skills & Experience: Background as a Machine Operator, in assembly, or in shipping and receiving is a plus, but entry-level candidates willing to learn are encouraged to apply!
• Equipment Operation: Familiarity with basic warehouse tools, forklift operation, or material handling is helpful.
• Operational Aptitude: Strong work ethic, attention to quality, and ability to perform physical tasks such as loading products and working steady utility shifts.
• Core Competencies: High reliability, willingness to learn specialized tasks in Logistics and Manufacturing, and readiness to work 12-hour shifts with regular overtime.
