Job summary

Leaders Staffing has an IMMEDIATE NEED to fill production positions on 2nd and 3rd shift. Direct hire after 60 days, with opportunities for advancement as the company grows. Pay starts at $12 per hour, increasing to $16+ per hour upon hire, with raises as you learn more positions.

Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, be mechanically inclined, have an understanding of measurement, and focus on quality. High school diploma or equivalent required; no felonies.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machines on 2nd and 3rd shifts.
• Maintain quality focus and safety in a fast-paced setting.
• Collaborate with team and take initiative to learn new positions.
• Assist with overtime as needed.
