Job summary

Manufacturing Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Production Operator to join our fast-paced team. Training will be provided; no experience required. The role spans from Shipping/Receiving to final Assembly, with opportunities across shifts and exposure to ERP systems.

Ability to read blueprints, operate machinery, and perform inspections using tape measures, calipers, and micrometers is valued. This position offers comprehensive benefits and growth within a high-performance manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience using tape measures is a plus, but not required.
  • Proficiency with Caliper and Micrometer preferred but training will be provided.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and Assembly drawings; training will be provided.
  • Proven experience as a Cook or dishwasher in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
  • Forklift certification (or ability to obtain one) with safe Warehouse track record is a plus.
  • Experience as an Assembler or Machine Operator in a high-volume facility is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ERP software for inventory and Material Handler tracking is a plus but not required.
  • Strong background in shipping/receiving procedures and documentation is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and assist in assembly, packing, shipping with training.
  • Perform ISO/AS-compliant assembly tasks and operate specialized machinery.
  • Use ERP to track inventory and shipping/receiving documentation.
  • Update ERP in real-time for movement between Warehouse storage and Manufacturing floor.
  • Lead Material Handler duties to coordinate flow of raw goods and finished units.
  • Coordinate Shipping Receiving docks to ensure on-time delivery and inspection of goods.

Competitive Pay: Compensation is determined by candidate experience, education, certifications, and specific job-related skills. $19 - $22/hr+ depending on position and experience and shift.

We are seeking a high-performance Warehouse Production Operator to join our fast-paced Manufacturing team. No experience required. Will train.

Experience in a Dishwasher or Cook role is a definite plus for some of our roles. You will play a critical role in our Manufacturing lifecycle, from Shipping Receiving to final Assembly, ensuring every product and facility service meets our production and Inspection standards. Responsibilities Include
  • Equipment Operation: Will be trained in Assembly, packing, shipping, Forklift driver and Machine Operator to maintain steady production flow and Warehouse organization.
  • Technical Production: Execute complex Assembly tasks and operate specialized machinery according to ISO/AS standards.
  • Logistics & Inventory: Utilize our ERP software to track inventory, manage Shipping Receiving documentation, and ensure Material Handler inventory accuracy.
  • Quality Control: Perform detailed Inspection of parts using a Tape Measure, Caliper, and Micrometer to ensure 100% accuracy.
  • Data Integrity: Update the ERP system in real-time to reflect movement from Warehouse storage to the Manufacturing floor.
  • Material Management: Serve as a lead Material Handler, coordinating the flow of raw goods and finished Assembly units.
  • Workflow Coordination: Efficiently manage Shipping Receiving docks to ensure on‑time delivery and high-quality Inspection of incoming goods.
Skills/Qualifications
  • Experience using tape measures a plus, not required!
  • Previous experience using a Caliper and Micrometer for precision Inspection preferred but will train
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and Assembly drawings a plus - will train!
  • Proven experience as a Cook or dishawasher in a fast-paced environment a plus.
  • Efficiency in sanitation and operating a commercial Dishwasher aplus.
  • Valid Forklift certification (or ability to obtain one) with safe Warehouse track record a plus!
  • Experience as an Assembler or Machine Operator in a high-volume facility a plus!.
  • Familiarity with ERP software for inventory and Material Handler tracking a plus but not required.
  • Strong background in shipping / receiving procedures and documentation a plus, will train.
  • Proven experience as a Material Handler in a Warehouse or industrial setting a plus.
  • Previous experience in a cook or dishwashing role in a fast paced kitchen restaurant environment a plus!
  • Frequently lift up to 50 lbs by hand; use mechanical assistance for heavier loads.
  • Strong mathematical reasoning and the ability to use a Tape Measure, Caliper, and Micrometer accurately a plus - will train!
  • "Winning" attitude with the ability to pivot focus between production Assembly, kitchen duties, and Warehouse tasks constantly.
