In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining high-performance standards across our Manufacturing and Warehouse operations. Candidates with experience operating basic measuring tools - such as calipers and micrometers - and strong fundamental math skills will thrive in this position. Whether you come from a background as a Machine Operator, in general production, or are transitioning from retail, cashier, or fast food environments, this first-shift position (Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM with a half-hour lunch) offers a great schedule and a collaborative team culture.

Benefits and Compensation
  • Competitive Pay: $19.00 /hr DOE to start! If you are transitioning from another Accounting role, we offer great starting rates for our second-shift hours.
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Includes premium health insurance (medical, dental, vision) and eligibility for an incentive recognition bonus program.
Responsibilities Include
  • Parts Measurement & Inspection: Use calipers, micrometers, and basic gauges to accurately measure manufactured components and verify dimensional accuracy.
  • Data Recording & Math Applications: Apply basic math skills to calculate tolerances, record exact dimensions, and maintain high quality control logs.
  • Manufacturing & Assembly Support: Assist the assembly and production teams by inspecting incoming materials and preparing verified parts for further processing.
  • Warehouse & Logistics Handling: Support Logistics operations, including sorting measured parts, assisting with shipping and receiving, and loading products for internal movement.
  • Utility & Material Support: Perform general utility duties across the plant floor, collaborating with forklift operators and floor leads to keep project areas safe and organized.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Measuring Experience: Hands-on experience using precision instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
  • Math Competency: Solid foundation in practical arithmetic and basic math to evaluate component specifications and tolerances.
  • Quality & Technical Skills: Prior experience as a Machine Operator, in assembly work, or maintaining strict quality standards in a plant environment is highly desirable.
  • Logistics & Material Handling: Background in Warehouse, Logistics, shipping, receiving, operating a forklift, or loading products is a plus.
  • Transferable Experience: Candidates with strong work ethics from retail, cashier, or fast food roles are welcome and encouraged to apply, provided they have basic measuring capability.
  • General Utility: Flexibility to assist with various utility and production duties as needed throughout the duration of the project.
What's In It for You?
  • Great Schedule: Steady first-shift hours (Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM) providing a healthy work-life balance.
  • Skill Advancement: Enhance your technical resume with practical experience in precision measuring (calipers, micrometers), technical math, and industrial quality assurance.
  • Broad Operational Exposure: Gain hands-on practice across Manufacturing, Warehouse, and general Logistics functions.
  • Diverse Career Paths: Opportunities to cross-train alongside Machine Operator staff, forklift material handlers, and shipping and receiving coordinators.
  • Welcoming Environment: Great fit for motivated candidates transitioning out of fast food, cashier, or retail work into steady production and plant utility roles.
