Manufacturing Inc in Pomfret, CT is seeking motivated, reliable entry-level workers for an immediate opportunity in a premier local manufacturing setting. Will train! You will assist with inventory tagging, consolidation, and basic warehouse logistics in a collaborative environment. Available shifts Monday–Friday (7:00 a.m.

– 3:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.). Earn $19–$21 per hour DOE, with comprehensive benefits including premium health insurance, and an incentive recognition program.

Qualifications

• No experience required – entry-level candidates from all backgrounds are welcome.
• Strong attention to detail when labeling, tagging, and organizing parts.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Accurately tagging incoming and stored inventory items according to facility specifications.
• Assisting with product consolidation, material handling, and warehouse organization to optimize space and streamline facility logistics.
• Safely maneuvering materials around staging zones (prior forklift experience is a plus, but not required).
• Working alongside team members on sub-component assembly, inspecting labels and parts for quality control.
• Efficiently packing items into designated containers and staging consolidation batches.
• Performing physical counts, miscellaneous inventory checks, and basic data cross-referencing.
• Maintaining a clean, safe staging area throughout the shift.
• Collaborating with team members and following daily task instructions provided by shift leads.

We are seeking motivated, reliable entry-level workers for an immediate opportunity to work at a premier local manufacturer — WILL TRAIN! Team members will assist with general warehouse consolidation, inventory audits, and physical product tagging in a collaborative production setting. Whether your background is in Fast Food, working as a PCA, or serving as a retail Cashier, your customer-facing and detail-oriented skills translate easily here. This role is a great stepping stone into general Warehouse operations and supply chain Logistics. While experience operating a Forklift, working on an Assembly line, inspecting components, packing merchandise, or working as an order selector is helpful, No experience required, will train!

Available Shifts (Monday – Friday):

• 1st Shift: 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
• 2nd Shift: 2:30 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.

Benefits and Compensation

Competitive Pay: $19 - $21/hr DOE to start! If you are transitioning from another Office Coordinator role, we offer great starting rates for our 1st shift hours. • Any background in general Warehouse environments, shipping Logistics, certified Forklift driving, bench Assembly, product inspecting, line packing, or acting as an order selector is an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail when labeling, tagging, and organizing parts.
• Ability to stand, bend, walk, and lift items throughout an 8-hour shift.
• Dependable attendance, reliable transportation, and punctuality.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
