Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Production Helper in Chino, CA. The role supports production operations, handling materials, and operating machinery in a safety-focused environment.

You will follow standard work, assist with loading/unloading, perform visual inspections, and maintain cleanliness in the work area. This hands-on position emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork to contribute to efficient manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned machinery and equipment per standard work and supervisor directions.
• Handle loading/unloading of materials and operate material handling equipment as needed.
• Follow safety policies, wear PPE, ensure guards and safety features are working.
• Load and unload raw goods and finished products as required.
• Perform visual quality checks and maintain general housekeeping.

Job Title: Production Helper

Location: Chino, CA

Pay Range: $19.5

Shift: 6AM-2:30PM

What's the Job?

• Operate assigned machinery and/or equipment and/or perform physical loading and unloading of materials in a safe and productive manner according to Operational Standard Work and supervisor instructions.

• Operate equipment associated with producing units and/or operate material handling equipment as assigned.

• Follow all applicable safety policies and practices, including using required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), ensuring machine guards and safety features are working, and promoting safe work habits.

• Load and unload raw goods and/or finished products as needed.

• Perform visual inspection of product to help ensure quality, while maintaining housekeeping and general maintenance in the work area.

• Ability to follow work instructions, Operational Standard Work, and supervisor direction.

• Comfort working in a production environment while maintaining focus on safety and quality.

• Willingness to use required PPE and support safe operation of equipment and safety features.
