Nova Web Technologies LLC seeks an AI Engineer focused on Agentic AI development for an enterprise AI initiative with a leading retail client. The role is hands-on, requiring design, build, and production deployment of agentic AI systems to automate complex workflows.

The ideal candidate brings 5–8 years of software engineering, hands-on experience shipping AI agents, and deep knowledge of multi-agent orchestration and model context protocols.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of software engineering experience with production development.
• Recent hands-on experience building and deploying Agentic AI solutions.
• Proven experience shipping production AI agents, not prototypes.
• Strong understanding of multi-agent orchestration and tool integration.
• Experience with modern LLMs and Agentic AI design patterns.
• Experience with Claude Agent SDK, LangGraph, AutoGen, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI agents and multi-agent systems.
• Build agent orchestration, tool integrations, and MCP-based solutions.
• Develop evaluation frameworks to measure performance, accuracy, reliability.
• Implement context engineering, memory management, and retrieval strategies.
• Build scalable software following the full SDLC and production standards.
• Collaborate with client teams to deliver intelligent automation.
• Optimize AI applications for performance, latency, cost.
• Mentor team members on Agentic AI development.
