Job summary

NRnP Technology seeks an experienced AI Agent Developer to design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade AI agents. You will implement architectures like ReAct and RAG, and develop integrations with Snowflake, Salesforce, and internal APIs.

You will deploy on Azure/GCP, implement CI/CD pipelines, and ensure observability, guardrails, and safety in production systems. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential for translating business needs into technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of software development with at least 2 years in AI/ML or AI agent development.
• Strong experience with Python and/or Node.js for backend or AI development.
• Experience designing and deploying AI agents in production environments.
• Knowledge of LLM concepts including prompt engineering, tokenization, and evaluation.
• Experience with RAG pipelines, vector databases, and embedding-based retrieval.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with APIs, microservices architecture, and system integrations.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
