Job summary

Nova Web Technologies in Seattle seeks an experienced AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy production-grade agentic AI systems for enterprise deployments. This is a hands-on, fully production-focused role requiring deep software engineering skills and real-world experience with agent-based architectures.

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience with modern LLMs, agent design patterns, and integration of AI tooling to deliver scalable automation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with production development.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying Agentic AI solutions within last 1–2 years.
• Proven experience shipping production AI agents, not prototypes or experiments.
• Expertise in multi-agent orchestration, AI tool integration, context engineering, and memory/state management.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI agents and multi-agent systems.
• Build agent orchestration, tool integrations, and MCP-based solutions.
• Develop evaluation frameworks to measure agent performance, accuracy, reliability, and failure modes.
• Implement context engineering, memory management, and retrieval strategies for enterprise AI applications.
• Build scalable, production-ready software following the complete SDLC.
• Collaborate with client engineering teams to deliver intelligent automation solutions.
• Optimize AI applications for performance, latency, scalability, and cost.
• Mentor team members on modern Agentic AI development.
