The Production Generalist is responsible for safely and efficiently operating production and packaging equipment in accordance with established procedures and quality standards. This role ensures the integrity of ingredients and finished products by performing thorough inspections and adhering to food safety specifications. They maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards, accurately documents production data using designated software, and works collaboratively with team members to meet production goals, improve processes, and promptly address operational issues.
