Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking dependable Production Generalists to join a fast paced production environment. You will be trained to operate printing, sorting, and mail processing equipment while ensuring accuracy, quality, and productivity standards are met.

You will work with printing equipment to produce statements, insurance cards, and other materials, set up machinery, perform quality checks, and handle mailings. This on-site role offers overtime opportunities and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills including data entry and navigation.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to stand for approximately 95% of the shift.
• Ability to lift between 20 and 50 pounds.
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate printing equipment used to produce statements, insurance cards, loyalty cards, and other materials.
• Set up and adjust production equipment to ensure accurate processing.
• Perform quality inspections and verify production quantities.
• Manually insert documents into envelopes and prepare mailings for shipment.
• Operate presorting equipment and identify damaged mail for reprints.
• Sort and stage completed mail for distribution.
• Respond to machine error messages and perform basic troubleshooting.
