RTX's Dallas Airfoil Repair Operations in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking a Production Generalist to support our aero‑engine and Industrial Gas Turbine airfoil refurbishment operations. This position is available for second shift.

We offer a dynamic work environment and are looking for motivated individuals who embrace continuous improvement and new ideas. This role is onsite in Grand Prairie, TX with opportunities to contribute to safety and efficiency improvements.

Qualifications

• HS diploma (or G.E.D.) with at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform surface preparation and repair tasks on turbine airfoil components, including grit blasting, masking, blending, and other routine operations.
• Support the development and training of team members.
• Carry out assigned duties to enhance individual capability and team performance.
• Perform additional tasks as needed to support facility operations.
• Adhere to all environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D. in the US) with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Six months of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Three months of aerospace industry experience
• Three months of experience with Microsoft Office
• Three months of experience using SAP
