Job summary

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) seeks a General Service Operator at our Pryor, OK plant to support production and maintenance teams. You will assist with troubleshooting, operate forklifts and other heavy equipment, and help drive reliability improvements across multiple departments.

Responsibilities include following safety protocols, recording work orders in CMMS, and participating in safety meetings. Candidates should be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and working 12‑hour rotating

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Experience in a manufacturing facility is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
  • High level of safety awareness and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience operating heavy equipment such as forklifts and loaders is an asset.
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions, stand for extended periods of time, lift up to 50 pounds and climb heights.
  • Ability to work 12‑hour rotating shifts, including holidays and weekends.

  • Follow safety protocols, work instructions and guidelines within the production department to ensure all activities comply with relevant industry regulations and standards.
  • Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts and loaders.
  • Carry out various laborer tasks including lifting, pulling, shoveling, carrying and other manual tasks.
  • Assist production and maintenance crews with tasks as required in the plant.
  • Use a computerized maintenance management system to enter work orders.
  • Assist the operator with troubleshooting the process to maintain required operating conditions.
  • Participate in scheduled safety meetings and complete safety training requirements.
  • Report any abnormal conditions—safety, process, mechanical—to the Area Operator and/or Shift Supervisor.
  • Keep the work area safe and clean.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Job Overview

At our plant in Pryor, OK we are looking for a General Service Operator. The General Service Production Operator is responsible for performing various laborer activities, assisting production and maintenance personnel with troubleshooting of equipment, notifying the Area Operator and/or Shift Supervisor of equipment or process issues, operating heavy equipment such as forklifts and loaders, and continuously looking for improvement opportunities to drive increased reliability and efficiencies. This position reports to the Production Shift Supervisor and works across multiple departments to ensure cooperation and coordination to meet production requirements.

Compensation and Benefits
