Job summary

Wis-Pak, Inc. in Mankato, MN is seeking a Production forklift driver to support logistics and distribution. The role emphasizes safe forklift operation, accurate inventory tracking with barcode scanners, and timely documentation.

Qualifications

• Forklift operation and ability to pass forklift license test.
• Basic computer and scanner proficiency.
• Read/write/communicate effectively in English.
• Team-oriented mindset with ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize under pressure.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in temperatures 60–90F or more.
• Flexibility to work overtime during peak production periods.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis; no visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Read, write, speak, and comprehend English at level necessary to perform duties.

About the Role

As a Production forklift driver, you'll play a vital role in our logistics and distribution operations.
