The role offers a full-time, onsite position with a Monday–Thursday transition to a 6:00 AM–4:30 PM schedule starting Aug 31, 2026, providing three-day weekends and competitive pay with bonuses.

Location: Caldwell, ID (Fully Onsite – 1000 Garber St)

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $90,000 – $130,000 DOE (includes base salary and quarterly bonuses)

Beginning August 31, 2026, our production team will transition to a NEW Monday–Thursday work schedule (6:00 AM–4:30 PM), giving you a three-day weekend every week while continuing to lead a successful production team.

The ProductionForeman is responsible for leading daily production operations within their assigned department in our high-volume manufactured housing environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise production teams to meet daily and weekly production goals.
  • Ensure work meets all quality, safety, and workmanship standards.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in modular housing, manufacturing, or large-scale production
  • Prior Foreman or supervisory experience
  • Experience working on production lines or job sites.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
  • Manufacturing environment with moderate to high noise levels
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the production floor.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
  • Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and climbing.
  • Exposure to dust, machinery, moving equipment, and varying temperatures.
  • Must be able to wear required PPE, including safety glasses, hearing protection, and other protective equipment as required.
Work Schedule
  • Full-time, fully onsite position
  • Standard production schedule is Monday–Friday (Until August 28, 2026)
  • Shifts aligned with plant production hours
  • Extended hours, early starts, weekends, and overtime may be required based on production demands, peak season, or operational needs.
  • Must be dependable and punctual to support production schedules and staffing coordination.
