Job summary

KIT Custom HomeBuilders is seeking a hands-on Production Foreman to lead daily operations in a high-volume manufactured housing setting in Caldwell, ID. You will supervise teams, ensure quality and safety, and drive productivity while fostering a performance-driven culture.

The role offers a full-time, onsite position with a Monday–Thursday transition to a 6:00 AM–4:30 PM schedule starting Aug 31, 2026, providing three-day weekends and competitive pay with bonuses.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a large production team.
• Strong leadership, organization, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to motivate teams and drive measurable results.
• Ability to work extended hours and overtime as production demands require.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise production teams to meet daily and weekly goals.
• Ensure work meets quality, safety, and workmanship standards.
• Monitor production output, labor efficiency, scrap, and downtime; take corrective action as needed.
• Enforce safety and company policies at all times.
• Coordinate workflow with Production, Quality Control, Maintenance, and Materials to avoid bottlenecks.
• Train, coach, and mentor employees.
• Uphold attendance and performance standards per policies.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and seasonal shifts.
• Adjust staffing and workflow to meet production demand.
• Document production performance and report results to leadership.
• Utilize production reporting systems.
