Job summary

CentiMark Corporation in Kalamazoo, MI is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Production Foreman to lead a crew of 5–6 on active field projects. This hands-on role requires strong roofing knowledge, safety leadership, and the ability to supervise daily operations with the field supervisor.

The Foreman will coordinate with customers and management, manage paperwork and time sheets, uphold CentiMark safety policies, and contribute to a strong, productive team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two or more years’ experience in Commercial Roofing.
• Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety.
• Experience with commercial roofing systems: EPDM, BUR, Foam, Acrylic, Shingles, TPO, PVC, Mod. Bit. & Metal Roof Repairs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train a crew of 5–6 in field applications.
• Work with the field supervisor to communicate with customers and management.
• Responsible for paperwork, time sheets and ensuring CentiMark safety policies are followed.

Job Summary

Will lead and train a crew of 5 to 6 people with field applications. Work with the field supervisor to communicate with customers and management. Responsible for paperwork, time sheets and ensuring CentiMark safety policies are being followed.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of two (2) or more years’ experience in Commercial Roofing
• Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety
• Experience with commercial roofing systems: EPDM, BUR, Foam, Acrylic, Shingles, TPO, PVC, Mod. Bit. & Metal Roof Repairs
• Able to lift 50 lbs. & climb up and down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet
• Able to work weekends and/or Holidays, out of town travel and overtime - as needed
