Job Overview

Supervise all component or millwork production activities at a specific location for an assigned shift. Responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and assigning work to meet or exceed output and productivity goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Evaluate work process efficiency and implement process improvements to optimize productivity.
2. Provide on-the-job skills and quality standards training to new and experienced employees to promote learning and self-development.
3. Meet with teams and lead workers to communicate production goals, encourage feedback, and motivate staff to achieve objectives.
4. Oversee inventory management, raw material handling, and the placement and loading of finished products for shipping and delivery.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED and five (5) years of experience in component manufacturing activities, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
