Scotts Miracle-Gro seeks a Production Foreman for Geismar, LA to lead manufacturing staff on 1st and 2nd shifts. The role requires supervisory experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting, with a focus on coaching, process improvement, and safety compliance.

The hourly rate pay for this position at Scotts will generally fall between $31.25 - 42.30 per hour and is paid weekly. We are looking for a Production Foreman to join our ScottsMiracle-Gro team in Geismar, LA! 1st and 2nd shift available!

What you’ll need to be successful:
