Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Forecasting and Rate Ramp Lead to oversee the operational aspects of production for Rotary Wing Sensors Programs. You will liaise between program management, cross-functional teams, and factory leadership to drive ramp readiness and reporting.

The role emphasizes KPI definition, scenario modeling, and structured improvement events across multiple production centers, with a focus on timely ramp and rate improvements.

Responsibilities

• Forecast and maintain a rolling 6–24 month production forecast.
• Define KPI sets and track ramp-readiness across centers.
• Conduct monthly/quarterly ramp/rate reviews with center leaders.
• Run what-if scenario modeling to assess demand changes and constraints.
• Lead Kaizen-like events and align resources across functions; own ramp visuals.
