In this position, you play a critical role in ensuring uninterrupted production flow through the accurate execution of material transactions, proactive material movement, and strong cross-functional collaboration. You will support daily factory operations by ensuring parts are staged, issued, and delivered to the floor effectively and in alignment with production schedules.

Textron’s compensation package includes competitive base pay and provides eligible employees with benefit programs. The pay range should be used as a general guide only. Compensation is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. In compliance with the local pay transparency law, the pay range for this position is $71,400 - $107,000 per year.
