Job summary

Atlas Copco Airpower N.V. through its Ceres Technologies division in Saugerties, NY seeks a Production/Flow Team Manager to coordinate and optimize workflow, ensure quality, and lead a multidisciplinary team.

You will develop plans, deploy personnel based on qualifications, monitor performance, and drive Lean improvements in partnership with operations. This on-site role offers growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading and motivating teams to achieve goals.
• Proven track record implementing lean practices in manufacturing.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver quality products on-time.
• Solid experience with ERP systems, preferably Encompix.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the flow team and shift leaders.
• Set and evaluate performance goals aligned with area objectives.
• Deploy employees based on qualifications to optimize strengths.
• Monitor results and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and quality.
• Drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives within the department.
• Represent the department in the absence of the Operations Manager.
