Job summary

Atlas Copco Airpower N.V. is seeking a Flow Team Manager to coordinate and optimize workflow processes at the Saugerties, NY site. You will lead the flow team and department shift leaders, drive performance goals, and deploy personnel by qualification to maximize productivity.

The role focuses on Lean implementation, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration with planning, PM, and NPI to ensure high-quality, on-time production within cost constraints.

Qualifications

• 10 years’ experience in manufacturing operations.
• 5 years’ managerial experience.
• Knowledge of lean practices in manufacturing.
• Experience delivering quality products on-time.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the flow team and shift leaders to meet goals.
• Set and evaluate performance goals with the team.
• Deploy employees based on their qualifications.
• Monitor results and implement corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives.
• Represent management in absence of the Operations Manager.
• Optimize work planning and material flows for Production.
• Collaborate with planning interfaces (PM, NPI).
• Manage quality, time, and costs for on-time delivery.
• Lead groups and projects, including change meetings.
