Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Team Coordinator to assist the supervisor in maintaining smooth production flow across a department, relieving bottlenecks, and filling in positions as needed. You will identify part and resource shortages and coordinate with engineers and managers to implement solutions, supporting lean manufacturing initiatives.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, minimal WorkKeys, and at least four years of manufacturing experience, with preferred background in leading teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Preferred lead position experience.

Responsibilities

• Reduces production bottle necks on manufacturing product line.
• Address and correct workflow issues.
• Learns all positions and fills in as needed.
• Identifies part and resources shortages and provides solutions.
• Communicates above situations to Supervisors, Engineers and Managers as appropriate.
