Job summary

DwyerOmega in the United States is seeking a Nuclear Planning support specialist to monitor scheduled jobs, identify parts shortages, and flag conflicts on the shop floor in San Marcos, California.

You will coordinate with planning, update Excel schedules, and adjust the ERP system to reflect early or late completions, collaborating with manufacturing and quality teams. This hourly, on-site role requires knowledge of MRP (Syteline preferred) and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of MRP systems, Syteline preferred.
• Ability to work within specific timelines.
• Interacts effectively with manufacturing and quality groups.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor released job orders to identify parts shortages and delays.
• Provide updates from shop floor supervisors to Nuclear planning.
• Coordinate with planning then update completion schedule updates in Excel.
• Update ERP system for jobs that are going to complete earlier or later than planned.
• Work with manufacturing to identify production and materials issues.
• Other duties as assigned.
